Went here to get some highlights. I have very thick hair, and even with an undercut and shaved sides, it seems to take forever normally, but I was in and out, with a trim on the ends and layers and a hair wash/scalp massage that felt like 15 minutes (that was to die for!) in approximately 2 hours. That is also with a blow dry! My hair was so soft and the highlights were perfect, I will definitely be back!
